Stayed there for a 2 day conference at the end of April (continuing ed., business). Rooms are definitely "dated". No mini fridge or microwave oven in rooms. Cozy, quiet, quaint, but dated. My husband and I stayed in the Chanticleer section where rooms have a view of the distant mountains from individual verandas. Winding road is close to Chanticleer verandas and sound of vehicles sometimes interferes with taking in the view but not annoying. Motorcycles are welcome so be prepared for that sound, but quite honestly found these folks careful about noise.... More

Our motorcycle group took a trip to Little Switzerland and stayed at the Switzerland Inn. Wonderful experience, great hospitality, good food, and rooms were very nice. Rate was very good. Entry to the Parkway is very convenient. Will definetly stay again More

Very neat place right on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Rooms are very spacious but need some updating. We had a little balcony so we enjoyed wine & cheese one afternoon & watched the motorcycles return for the night. Had dinner outside overlooking the beautiful grounds. More
