“Management has issues”

Wanted to bring 3 groups of 15 rooms on separate tours to this property. We received a written quote from the manager, Astik, only for him to try to change price, then ignored my calls and emails. Owners should know, lost out 45 room nights and will never bring a group here.

Booked this hotel on a recommendation and it was adequate. I may stay here again because the rate was low. Stayed on backside of hotel to be away from 95 noise and still sent hubby for earplugs. We arrived to the hotel without a reservation, was attended very friendly even though there was only one attendand and she had like 3 check in before our turn and also she was answering the hotel phone. Very efficient and friendly.
