We stayed in the Sweet Mountain Laurel Cabin as a quick pseudo honeymoon as we got married the weekend before. Bob, the owner, was very responsive to my initial email inquiring about cost and availability and making the reservation was quite easy. He was also very accommodating when I informed him we would be arriving very late (around midnight). He... More

The gentleman at the office was nice and informative. I valued the fact they the owners or caretakers live on the property. The cabins are spaced out just enough for privacy without feeling neglected. The cabins were well kept and clean and stocked with bare necessities. The hot tub was nice The perfect place for a city girl to feel... More

We were married at Miss Caroline's Country Cabins last year and stayed in one if the cabins and we love it.It didn't smell old and musky at all. The cabins are close which does limit outside privacy but it's quiet and relaxing and the views from our cabin was amazing. Ths staff was wonderful. I'm sorry you didn't love your... More

This place is two tumbs up, the cabins are spotless and very quiet. The owner Bob is great and always on site. He is willing to do what ever it takes to make your stay the best ever. We stayed for just a week-end but we will return. Thanks for a wonderful week-end.

After visiting several cabin properties around Maggie Valley, Country Cabins was the perfect place to plan for my wedding night. I found the friendly owner working hard in the yard, getting ready for the upcoming season. I viewed the 165 year old honeymoon cabin called "Little Cabin". It has a porch swing on the private porch, a clean, charming interior,... More

We stayed at Country Cabins over President's Day weekend and were very pleased. The cabin was spotless, the owners very friendly and accomodating and the price just right. Don't pass this place by!

Maybe it was because we were coming from the humidity of South Carolina, but getting into M.V. was a pure delight! Country Cabins did not disappoint either. Cabins are all on one property, but there is as much or as little privacy as you want. We stayed in #5 which is on the end and had a hot tub. Property... More

We stayed in the number 3 cabin which would sleep 6 possibly 8 if the couch pulled out. There was a loft which slept 4: two twin beds and a double bed. Downstairs had a bedroom with a double bed. This is a small cabin, but for the two of us and our two dogs, it was near perfect. With... More

My husband and I met my parents in Maggie Valley for a little vacation in September '04. My grandparents were supposed to be driving up from Texas also, with their camper, so we had already made reservations at an RV park, where the cabin we were going to be staying in had minimal amenities. But because of Hurricane Ivan, my... More
