“HORRIBLE”

There is nothing nice i can say about this hotel. In a non-smkoing room there were cigarettes burns in the bedding, gross smell, unpleasant staff, and toilet would not flush. I will not be recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

“Bad customer service”

The man working at the front disk rude all because I complained about my sheets been dirty he tell me u can check out & find yourself another hotel & told me to go find the sheets I'll not stay here again

“Safe, clean , close to airport”

We walked in no reservation. Front desk helped me get my choice privileges, set out a special pot of coffee and muffins since we were leaving prior to the breakfast time. Rooms were clean and newly painted. Only complaint is that it was the smallest corner room I've ever been in. Mike at the front desk rocks!!!

Hotel is very good for cost. Rooms very clean and Hotel was spotless and well maintained. Employees were overall very courteous and helpfull. Room size was more that adequate and furnishings very comfortable

“Roaches in the rooms!!!”

This place is disgusting !!! Roaches in the rooms, toilets dont flush, showers have an awful high pitched sound when on. I would never stay here again! We moved hotels and while we were checking out another group came up to the desk complaining about the same things. They also cancelled their reservation early and left.

Thank you for your comments. We were just made aware of the situation buy the guests and take it very seriously. This is not a common occurrence and our pest control company is treating the problem.
