We stay at this location every year. The service here is always excellent and the staff does a great job in making sure we are very well looked after. Caoline at the desk is always very cordial and makes sure we have everything we need. Our stay is always GREAT!!!

Exceptionally clean and well kept. The breakfast was wonderful, staff friendly and helpful. Fitness center, pool and Internet amenities included. Great coffee in the lobby 24/7. Would recommend for business travelers and familes alike. Great location off the interstate, easy access to restaurants and historic sites in the area.

A great experience. I mistakenly left my suit behind and the staff called me and was able to coordinate with local friends to get the suit back to me! Hats off to the staff! We would easily select this hotel for future stays in New Bern, NC.

Was in this past week and needed to extend the check-out through noon and they were very accommodating. Really pleasant check-in and check-out. Easy stay. This was my second time staying at this property, other stay was several years ago, and it was nice to see the updated lobby/lounge area. Very nice. Thanks for an excellent stay!
