We had a great time at Teeter's which is located close to most of Ocracoke Islands popular attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the ferry. A great area to bicycle since the campground is located on the back streets with not a lot of traffic. The campground and restrooms are clean and well maintained. My family and I had a very laid back and peaceful stay at Teeters. Perfect location. Very family friendly. I found the campground to be be very quiet, clean and safe.
