I have stayed her numerous times when visiting or working in Raleigh and this is just a nice property. The staff is very friendly. Everything is clean, clean!! Love that!! This property also has new lamps on the bedside table which have 2 outlets in them, which is AWESOME!!! I wish all Fairfields had this feature!!

I can't believe Marriott put their name on this property. I have had some less than favorable stays in hotels this past year, but this one takes the cake. We are picky and, for the money, this was a good place to stay. Spotless room, comfy bed, free WiFi, and down the street from the nicest mall in Raleigh with great restaurants. We were going to go out to breakfast but decided to stay when we saw the selection at the free buffet.

Our group needing 3 rooms was well accommodated close to each other. Rooms were fine with no complaints. Breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choices. With the discounts we received, the rooms were a very good value.
