We arrived and were in our room in less than fifteen minutes. The hotel was very clean as was the room. There was no scent of smoke or cleaning supplies which I usually encounter in most rooms. My wife was very impressed with the shampoo and soap

New facility. Excellent staff attitude and going beyond expected to assist travelers when needed. Was not excited with the managers reception food options, limited and no vegetables offered, otherwise, this would be 5 stars. Rooms large and very accessible. Elevators fast. Pool, hot tub, snd exercise facilities better than expected. Airport shuttle timely and comfortable.

This is an excellent hotel and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Raleigh/Durham area. The room was clean and spacious. The common areas were well kept. The lobby bar was open and comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious. Wish I had time to utilize the amenities like indoor pool and great fitness center.
