We booked this motel 6 months prior to our stay. The managers at that time were most helpful and friendly. When we arrived for our stay we were informed of how cheap we got the rooms for. “Memories to remember”

The place is beautiful, like home away from home. Beutiful location, handy to all amenities. Our family really enjoyed our stay there. Cleveland Visitors Villas is about 5 minutes walk to the town centre, children's entertainment, all amenities. Kayaking, Mt Cotton look out, winery and many other places we visited. It was beautiful - memories to be remembered.

“I have never come across such abhorrent hospitality before!!”

Fully paid 2 weeks in advance, they lost the booking and were extremely rude and aggressive when we tried to check in. He demanded proof of payment and told us to GET OUT till we did. So we left and I called up, he hung up on me 3 times so I faxed a copy of our bank statement for... More
