Stopped for a night on our trip from Adelaide to Melbourne. Clean, quite and lovely. Andrew and Carolyn were kind, gracious hosts, even tracking us down in town after we accidentally left our cell phone in the room! Can't recommend Ann's Place enough.

Stayed here on our drive from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Ocean Road. Room was large and very comfortable, breakfast was cooked fresh and very tasty. This guest house is perfectly located near the harbor and a great walk to the obelisk and lighthouse. The walk around the harbor helps develop an appetite for a great meal in town at Sails recommended by Carolyn and Andrew the owners of Ann's Place.
