We checked into this hotel because we had stayed at other Super 8 Motels before and never had any problems. There was only one other car in the parking lot but we were assigned a room around the side which was difficult to get to. After checking in, we went to our rooms. On the way to our room we... More

Apart from the hole in the ceiling (which I did not notice at first glance) and the drywall dust everywhere, this room had everything I wanted: working microwave, clean, functioning refrigerator, twin beds, back-up-to-door parking. Breakfast was dreadful, unless one likes cereal and milk and store-brand mini-muffins. Management was surly, charged 58.88 instead of the advertised 42.88 and would not... More

On Oct. 9th, My Dad, Mom and Sister checked into this hotel. Within minutes of walking into the room, my Father had a heart attack. I would like to personally thank the Manager of this hotel and the Owners for helping and the compassion my Mom and Sister recieved when they needed it the most. My Father was life flighted... More

I am often staying in the Statesville area for business and tried different Motels. This Motel is good as long as your room is in the second floor. I dont know why but rooms at ground level seems to me much older and worn out. They are offering a free Continental breakfest, but dont expect too much. Also WiFi is... More

I was stranded and this was the closest hotel. I was prepared for "the Lobby smell" accompanying many chain hotels these days. Was not disappointed!! The hotel mgr, Patel (big surprise) was very nice. Given the number of overnight guests (5)...he was probably happy to have me. Was given a room at the back of the hotel, when there was... More

The hotel is decent, but there was hair on our pillows and the manager, KM Patel, refused to give us an extra towel. He also yelled at his staff in front of customers and he was extremely rude to us. I would not come here again. More

I called ahead and the clerk said reservations weren't needed. I'll say. There wasn't another car in the lot even when we drove by a couple of hours later. Given that the area was somewhat 'industrial' and the doors opened to the outside, we decided to look elsewhere. Price and Superstart breakfast would have been ok. More
