Stayed here on a business trip, all parts of the hotel were excellent. Room was big and clean and modern. Internet was very good. Breakfast was pretty good (with means great for a hotel). Service was friendly and prompt. Have stayed here several times and will again. More

There's no better place to stay in Wallace or surrounding area. The hotel is clean, feels comfy and safe. The Boar's Head Restaurant and Pub next door is attractive and upscale for this area. We spent two nights here when we were in town for a funeral. The location is right off the I-40 expressway and is right next to a very good restaraunt and pub. I had to be in Wallace for business the first of October and stayed at this Holiday inn Express. It was going through some renovations on the rooms and the one that I stayed in had not been renovated. Once all the rooms are completed I am sure that it will be very nice for a HI Express. Everything about this hidden gem was fantastic-from the efficiency of the desk clerks-who helped with local directions, to the cleaniness and quiet of the room-everything worked properly-to probably the best breakfast ever. The lady responsible for the breakfast bar desires a big "atta girl." More

Most everything was fine except the service received from Keema Williams. The hotel accidently canceled my second night of stay and Keema could care less. She was beyond rude and showed no signs of empathy at the situation. Keema lacked class and professionalism.....as long as you do not need any help on her shift you should be fine. More
