I travel all the time. This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. As a frequent traveler, I check thoroughly for bedbugs, which involves looking under and behind things. This means that I see ALL the dirt in most hotels.
The price during UNCW graduation was a bit too high, but the service and cleanliness is unsurpassed.

Stayed one night May 11th. All staff extremely friendly/courteous. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the cook is amazing. Carpet hallways looked a little tired, but all in all it is a great place to stay and we know where we will stay when we come back!

If you want a good night's sleep, you can gamble and hope the people above you don't walk a lot and go to sleep at the same time you do, otherwise you're in for an uncomfortable night's stay.
