We've stayed here before while visiting Wilmington. However the last two stays were better. What made it different? Jack and Tora. Jack especially is on his game as far as customer service. He gets it. He went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We definitely will stay here again. Also the updated rooms are a major plus.
