The kitchen staff and wait staff were overwhelmed of the morning of 9 June. No bowls or milk, tables were filled with dirty dishes, we had to ask twice to receive silverware. Food was great and hot but took a very long time to arrive at our table.

Really enjoyed my stay here at the Hilton. Room could have been a tad bit bigger. The way that the staff greeted me was expectional! I really enjoyed the location as well. Even though the Cheddars wasnt that good. It right by a Walmart, Target, some shops etc. Great location!! Overall great experience!!

We had an awesome time! Very close to many places to eat and shop so once you park your car, you really don't even have to get back in it until you leave! Check in was super fast and the hotel was super clean! Breakfast was great too!

Stayed here on business this week. Hotel is kind of out of the way but is very clean and up to date. Staff was friendly. Room was nice size. Room can with a complementary breakfast which was a combo buffet and made to order.

Overall, the hotel itself is a regular HGI. I have no complaints about the hotel or the breakfast offerings. As usual, it met my needs and met the usual HGI standards. Our daughter attended Wake Forest, so we visited Winston-Salem many many times over the last four years. We stayed in most of the hotels in the area, including the Marriotts (there are a few different ones) and the Embassy Suites. During her senior year, we discovered this HGI. Spotlessly clean - super comfy beds. AC is LOUD. Overall a great place to stay --a good night's sleep, but a bit pricey. Full breakfast available, but the darn pepper shakers do not release their spicy contents readily. Shake hard and never, never, let the shakers win. Enjoy your stay here

this was a great place to stay. The staff and management were awesome. Look forward to stating there again. We look forward to checking out other Hilton Garden Inn locations and hope they will just as nice.

Great staff, beautiful furnishings, quiet, convenient location. I stay here every time I am in the area. When I'm not working, there are lots of places to visit within driving distance, including Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore House, Hanging Rock, and Pilot Mountain.
