The hotel experience was absolutely exquisite. Checking in was a breeze. The bed and pillows simply draw your body into the bed. No noise can be heard from either adjoining suites or outside the door. The suites are spacious and luxurious,.

I stayed here one night to attend a conference at the adjoining conference center. I found ti to be a top notch, very nice facility. There is a parking deck next door and the hotel is fairly close to a lot of downtown attractions. No complaints.

Staff from bar to breakfast and reception were consistently rude and apathetic. Friendliest people around were the bell boys (parking attendants). Check-in was slow and disorganized. Room was basically clean but linens were questionable. Bar staff was rude and unwelcoming during manager's reception. Breakfast staff was inattentive and ill-focused.

We had an adjoining room with our daughter and grandson. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was very good and met my gluten free needs. The major downside was the $12 parking fee per day.

Nice location downtown, typical clean Embassy Suites, nices large rooms, managers reception and great breakfast. They do have a salon on the first floor which came in handy as I needed a haircut. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants.

The beds were lumpy and had bad slope to them, the ceiling had more patches than a piece of Swiss cheese, the TV some times works. Not worth the money stay at the Marriott across the street. It smelled musty and old like it hadn't been used in a while.

The front desk personnel was friendly, effecient and accomodating. Maintenance came in shortly after arriving in the room to check on all lights. Front desk also called to make sure I was satisfied with the room. The bartender was pleasant and attentive to his customers during the Manager's Reception. I felt right at home.
