stayed here last year in sept, with hubby and mother in law, hotel is a good base for the area the maids are friendly and keep the rooms clean, the reception staff are not so friendly, the pool was a disgusting shade of green and we never went in it, as for the food well we were on a half... More

Stayed there 4-11 June with husband and another couple. on a half board basis. Hotel is in the middle of the small resort set back in nice gardens. Easy access to the amenities the resort has to offer. 10 minutes walking distance to small beach, approx 15 minutes to another larger one and approx 20 mins to the beach beside... More

A holiday is pretty much what you make of it, and we had a great time. Bulgaria is cheap, so we ate out a few times, but the food was exactly what we expected - all inclusive hotels always serve up relatively bland food, but with a choice of meats and fish, salad, soup, rice or pasta, chips, veg etc.... This hotel was probably okay if you are used to three star accommodation. The only problem is, we wanted at least four star and don't feel that we got what we paid for. We arrived at midnight to a small, unimpressive reception with one receptionist who was being kept company by a young man - presumably her boyfriend. She couldn't... More

Back for our two weeks of relaxation, on the beach, lying in the sun and walking through the parkland of St Konstantin - can't fault it. This year we did have a couple of stormy days but otherwise the weather was perfect. The Estreya remains good value for money - rooms are good, cleaned daily, (the cleaners still create swans, hedgehogs,... More

An honest view of the hotel Food -boring, repetative and tasteless but plentiful. Restraunt staff -miserable and unhelpful Restaurant -food not correctly stored, many times we had to find our own cutlery. Virtually made to feel I was a criminal because the girl hadn't taken 2 leva (£) the night before. Hotel grounds-maintenance staff always visible, outside always clean and... More

Our stay was okay if I am willing to ignore all the negative points but unfortunatelly they have to be addressed. Firstly, the hotel room was clean and that was very good but, we had to ASK for our towells to be changed daily, we had to ASK for toiletries (one day I had to go ask for toilet paper!!),... More

We stayed in the Estraya Palace and Spa in July for 2 weeks. We travelled with 2 young children and both parents in law. The appartments were excellent. We were on the 4th floor and the size of them were perfectly spacious for us four in one room and parents in-law opposite with an equal size room. We never ate... More

Our fourth visit to the Estreya - previously stayed at the Park Hotel, which has now been rebuilt and is the more upmarket hotel plus apartments. The Estreya Palace is equally good and the staff are very helpful, although a few do not speak good English. Mainly Germans staying here although some Dutch and Russian plus us few British. The...
