We just drove into Naramata village for the first time, it was 6:30pm and we were looking for a place to stay. The Heritage Inn is totally out of our league normally, but it was off-season and it looked deserted so we thought we'd try. We were offered a small room for $98. It was beautiful, with a lovely claw-foot... More

This beautifully restored two storey landmark in Naramata is as elegant as it is timeless. The furnishings are pure comfort, with a quality bed and linens. Other extras like plush robes, scented eye sachets and Aveda toiletry products make you feel very pampered. We had an old style soaker tub with room for two in our room. Fresh baked goods,... More

This is an authentic heritage experience. I stayed for just one night however it was exactly what I was looking for. It was close to 33 of some of the best wineries in BC, had a great wine bar and really good food. My son and I had a great sleep in comfortable beds. We had a large two bedroom... More

I chose this because the lady who was traveling with me did not want to stay in a B&B. There aren't really any hotels other than this one so that's what I chose. After we explored the area we discovered several B&Bs that provided much more for much less. If you want the privilege of sleeping in a tiny room... More

Thank you for your candid comments. We've since reviewed our pricing structure and made changes to ensure our guests experience is exceptional. We've taken great steps over the years to preserve the original structure and all of it's components given it's provincial heritage status. We feel that the uniqueness of this turn-of-the-century experience is worth preserving. Our guest services team... More

We had a LOVELY stay at this hotel. This is a 100 year old building with only 11 bedrooms. Some of the bedrooms are small, but thats the way the place was built 100 years ago. The walls are thin and the floors creak. That's the way with old buildings. We had a small corner room, but for a couple... More

Although we did not stay at this hotel we stayed nearby, and there are not alot of dining choices in Naramata, so we opted for this place. The greeting at the door, although amiable, was delivered over the bar, by an over ethusiastic server , who was in the process of making drinks, answering the phone, and directing other staff.... After having booked this hotel for 2 nights from a tourist info centre a couple hours drive away, we attempted to check in after a long hot day of wine tasting. Unfortunately through a glitch in the system, our room had been double booked. We were more than disappointed and a bit desperate, as everything else seemed booked, but the... More

This could be a great little hotel: it's in a good location and a beautiful building. However, it suffers what a lot of small Canadian hotels suffer from, lack of thought and average service. The rooms are ok but could do with a refresh. Overall if you are just looking for somewhere to put your head down for the night,... More

We have spent one night at the Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa, located in the Okanogan wine region of British Columbia. After reviewing the properties history from their web site "The Hotel Naramata, resting on the shores of Okanagan Lake..." one would think this was a lake front property. However, while close to the lake, it is in the midst... More

We spent two nights mid-week in a king sized room and very much enjoyed the setting, history and ambience of the property. It is a very old building so expect the rooms to be small and quaint (the bathtub is in the bedroom). The restaurant/winebar is an indoor/outdoor experience and very popular so be sure to book for dinner. The... More
