The location to the hill is great. Our room was nice but was in need of a few repairs. The dishwasher door pretty much fell apart when you opened it. Room cleaning is every three days!!! I didn't mind this but one miniscule bottle of shampoo come on. All the money saved on housekeeping I am sure a few bottles... More

Totally see why so many Calgary families own on the hill - arrive Friday afternoon and don't see the car again till Sunday. We we're here during the K1 finals staying at a 2 bed unit on the upper village - well maintained and finished that was clean and comfortable with good beds and good provision of towels and toiletries... We stayed with our teenage daughter in the Lookout townhomes (upper village) April 2-7, as part of a Resort2Resort trade, using our quartershare of condo at Copper Mountain, CO. This was our first time skiing in Canada, and Copper is our main point of comparison. Overall, the beauty of the area and the friendliness of folks at Panorama were the... More

This will be our first and last trip to Panorama. Stayed at the 1000 Peaks Lodge which was meant to be ski in and ski out. To me this means you put your skis on as you leave the building and can ski right back. This was not the case as we had to carry our skis to the slopes.... More

We're sorry to hear that you left us without a positive experience. It would appear that your departure was during our last week of operation, and on the 10th (Tuesday) we were operating fewer restaurants based on the number of guests at resort. It sounds like we could have better communicated what to expect at the resort during your stay... More

Stayed in Tayton Lodge at Panorama to March 31. The lodge is very nice, rooms are small but functional. There are 2 hot tubs at this property, small gym, underground parking, ski locker room. The rooms have a nice gas fireplace, small but functional cooking area, and nice balcony for sitting. Our stay was non-eventful, no issues. The lodge could... More

We're so glad to hear you had a great experience at Panorama Mountain Village and thank you for sharing. I have passed on your comment regarding the luggage carts to our lodging division to ensure we have an appropriate coverage in that building. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. We are lucky to have a friends condo at panorama. This place is a true gem. There's lots for the kids to do, my two just love going up and down the village gondola! We had a day last week where we had 29cm fall over night to make for the best powder day I have ever had!!! The best... More

We spent two nights in the upper condos (allocated in the Springs building). Pros: proximity to the hill & Nordic centre; the kitchenettes are well equipped; the suites are comfortably sized; laundry facilities ($1.50 each, only takes loonies and quarters); and the undergroung parking is warm and convenient. Average: customer service - efficient but not terribly friendly or accommodating. Cons:... More

We had a great time at Panorama skiing for ten days in February 2012. Huge diversity in runs for all standards. Short queues, small classes for lessons and staff very friendly and helpful all over the mountain. We had a 1-bed apartment in Springs which was great for location with the hot pools accessible in the building and genuine ski... More

Panorama mountain village is a very friendly place with excellent skiing for all. Although it is a small place it is ski in ski out with natural hot pools and hot tubs. The ski area is spectacular and vast with huge wide runs and no Q's for the many ski lifts. if you want to venture out of of the... More

We attended a wedding and enjoyed a weekend at this resort. Our room looked out over a common area and we could see/hear Tobey Creek. The layout of our suite was great for 3 couples and everything in the layout was good. As much as it served our purpose well given our focus of wedding activities, we were surprised at... More
