I stayed at this location for one night while working on the island. The room I had was spacious and very clean. The decor is outdated but in good shape. Staff is very friendly. Somewhat dingy & dated strip style motel not far from ferry in Grand Manan. Friendly and clean, but unkempt grounds & small rooms. Nice ocean view and easy walk to beach across large lawn, but within first hour had to get our 4 year old out of unmarked sewage runoff stream on beach immediately below lawn.
