nice people! clean rooms,very quiet! a good choice in deer lake! It was very quiet and a close cab ride to the airport! take a walk down to the lake or along the river! rent a car and explore the area... the owners are lovely and the breakfast is terrific especially the homemade jams!

By far the best accommodations in Deer Lake we've stayed at, while on a two week tour of Newfoundland. We booked a second night (Aug 8th) on our return drive home. We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. The best part was the fresh, hot bran blueberry muffins!! Cold isn't as good but they are still great. The rooms were surprisingly quiet. The location is residential which was a surprise but we weren't there to sight see so that was not an issue.

Stayed two nights this time and wished it could have been a week. My job requires me to be on the road a fair bit. I would highly recommend this location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The house was immaculate, the bed super-comfortable and Sharon was so friendly. Would stay there again anytime!
