I love this Comfort Inn! We always receive great service, and a very clean, comfortable room! The friendly staff make this my hotel of choice whenever I am in the New Glasgow area! More

“Smelly room”

I asked for a non-smoking room. The room I was given was obviously a smoker's room because it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets were stained but appeared to be freshly washed. “Nice, but no elevators for upper floor tenants”

Breakfast area has standing room only, but the food variety offered is ok. The biggest problem is that it does not have elevators to go to the second floor, so insist to get a room in main floor if you have a few bags to carry. “average....ok for stop over with a bed to sleep on”

Ok but breakfast area is only a table to stand next to.....no seating and simple offerings. Room clean and simple. For the August rake rates not a good value. A new Holiday Express is next door and is far better VALUE. More

“Great Location”

This is a great location if traveling through to Cape Breton. What we found was that the rooms were good, but the breakfast area was too small and crowded. There was no seating and difficult to get around when there were just a few others present. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable. More
