We staying in Unit 125, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was no fitted bottom sheet on the bed, so within 5 minutes of sitting on the bed the mattress was revealed along with cigarette burn holes. The sheets absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. The rates were good for the room. Nothing fancy, but clean and friendly. Coffee was brewing in the morning and the kids had Disney Channel to watch. All rooms were non-smoking, they recently implemented this rule.

I was travelling with two children 12 and 14, and was told that I would be charged for three adults to stay. I found this to be ridiculous. As well, smoking rooms are two doors down from the non smoking, which means the non-smoking aren't realyy non-smoking. Take the extra driving time, and head to a nicer place in Ottawa.
