My daughter introduced us to this little gem. about 2 years ago. For the last 2 years we have made it the base for our family vacation. The rooms are clean and spacious, the grounds are great, and the breakfast is filling and filled with conversation. We will be back.

The whole property maintains very well. The room was really clean and bright. The view from the hotel is good. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looks really clean. Great customer service at the front desk.

Very nice motel with very affordable price. Located close to everything to do in Cavendish (beach, Avonlea, Green Gables, amusement park, etc.) The motel's ground is really nice and there is an outdoor pool and kids playground. we stayed at the bay Vista for one night ! it was awesome ! great Place, Great Space/view , great service and great Price !!!. the Only thing is the 11 curfew of Having to be in your room was kinda silly, Considering we were just sitting on the deck not making a disturbance. We only stayed there for a night but the environment was impressive,bay view and a playground. Breakfast was good although a bit crowded. My room is not renovated and with tube tv,high humidity and smell in the room isn't very good.

Rooms were recently renovated, comfortable and clean. We spent the afternoon in the pool as it was so hot. Great place for families with kids. Lots of green space for the kids to run around on. Little playhouses and outdoor shuffleboard. Great view of the bay. Staff was very friendly, great continental breakfast, ecomical price.

We stayed at the Bay Vista Motel in July and were very happy with the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and our kids loved the pool. We would stay there again!
