Not many hotels have their own chapel, we asked for access & it took some time to find the key, but we were then left to enjoy it on our own. The hotel was one of the better Q Hotels we've stayed in, the staff were very helpful and facilities excellent. One minor quibble is the signage, I spent some... More

Stayed two nights May 2012 in first floor room in the new block. All usual comforts, two real plus points:1. In addition to A/c in rooms, the windows could be opened... Lovely to have gentle breeze as weather suddenly turned warm. 2. Free wi-fi in all areas including bedrooms (other chains should take note). Pillows cheap and lumpy though. Would... More

We live overseas & had been looking for a venue in Cheshire to bring UK based family & friends together for a celebration dinner. We chose Crewe Hall and thrilled that we did so. All interactions with their staff were great, especially the exceptional service we received from Andrew in their banquetteing department. When two extra surprise guests appeared they... More

We stayed in one of the four poster rooms in the old part of the hotel and it was really lovely. Very spacious and definitely worth the upgrade. The meal in the evening was fabulous as were the cocktails. We found the bar prices very reasonable and have paid more at lesser quality hotels. We would definitely return. More

What can I say. I have stayed here on a few occasions for both business and leisure prior to this weekend, and this hotel blends both experiences with the old house and the new conference and leisure facilities. This weekend was a special weekend for both our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The whole experience was excellent. We had an... More

I went to Crewe hall with my best friend for my 30th birthday. The room was gorgeous very spacious. The staff were very friendly. I have to say the food we had was the best I've ever tasted, would definelty go back. The spa was lovely the only thing we didn't get to try was the heated beds, as it... More

We were given the choice of old or new, and while I am sure the new part suits some, I am very glad we went for the old! Lovely spacious room with beautiful features, and the hotel is wonderful to wonder around (make sure you ask Reception for a history guide-explains every little detail-and be sure to see the chapel-simply... Stayed here as part of a work conference. The old part of the building is lovely. My room was in the new extension - which could be pretty much any modern hotel in the world. We had dinner in the old great hall which is very nice. Food was ok given the volume of people being fed. I'd recommend a... More
