Again here I go again in a work hotel, entry to a very average room with reasonable bed, two modest pillows, no telephone, one plug & no hair dryer Poor décor in room, grim entrance lobby and brutal reception that would make a Kwik Fit / ATS waiting room look plush. Not even a chair to sit on if the... More

Great location for cheshire oaks mcarthur glen designer outlet shopping complex, loads of great pubs and resturants within walking distance. Hotel is basic but clean, built in 2011 I beleive. No complimentary toiletries. Loads of free car parking gets very husy in evening times, so you have to park further away. Cheap and chearfull accommodation.

Stayed here as a group of young people with disabilities and carers. Staff couldn't do enough although check in was delayed by having to fill in lots of forms in regard to fire safety for wheelchair users . These could have been supplied and completed by email prior to the visit . It's a great location with shops and plenty... More

My partner and I stayed here for two nights last month. The hotel is located in a fantastic area. There are shops and restaurants on your doorstep! The hotel room itself was basic but very clean, the bathroom looked brand new! The staff at the hotel were friendly. We asked them for directions a couple of times and they were... More

We booked in for one night before the Chester half marathon, this is a good location with plenty of eateries very locally. Receptionist was lovely and helpful when we checked in, a good welcome. The hotel room was spacious, clean and has well stocked tea/coffee making facilities. We had been concerned about the location of the room versus the main... More

This hotel is bang in the middle of the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village. Lots of shops and restaurants all around. The hotel is quite new and, although basic, it has everything you need for a stop over. The staff were friendly and efficient. You get coffee making facilities in your room. Parking is free with lots of spaces. Reception is... More

Spent one night here and really only because it was the only place available at short notice when visiting our daughter. Really could not fault it. Family room, for three adults, was large. Both it and the bathroom were spotless. On arrival we asked for a hairdryer and extra tea and milk and this was given willingly. Only negative was... More

Stayed one night here as it was close to my meeting the following morning. The receptionist was excellent and the room was spacious. The room lighting was poor and the desk area is unlit, leading to eyestrain if you need to do any work. The bedside lights were better, but still too dim for comfortable reading. The bed had a... Stayed one night as visited shops whilst hubby was working in the area. Room clean, comfortable and basic. Non of the frills you get in most hotels, no shower gel etc only very small bar of soap to share. So take your own toiletries. No hairdryer but not a problem for one night stop. Was reasonably priced and convenient for... More

Had to give 3/5 for this Travelodge - although the room cleanliness was spot on, and location excellent - the type of room it was was very lacking. I've stayed in plenty of travelodge rooms - but this has to be the most bare! We had a small double room on the first floor. Bed was very firm so we... More
