A wonderful accommodation before the start of the coast to coast walk. Wonderful service, wonderful rooms, especially the bathroom, pickup service from the station, wonderful breakfast... So good that you don't want to leave for the walk!

Stopped on business at the weekend and it was great. Nothing is to much bother for the owners and rooms are spotless. Tea and cake as soon as you walk through the door. Looking forward to going back soon

Cannot fault a thing, great room with stunning view, great breakfast and very friendly. I really recommend this B&B. Even picked us up at the station in St Bees even though we had not requested it. You are welcomed with tea and cake.

We were greeted on our arrival with tea and cakes served in a warm lounge. The rooms were first class and the breakfasts were exceptional. Our stay, one of 14 in the UK was without doubt the most friendly and one of the finest enabling us to highly recommend this establishment especially those embarking upon the coast to coast walk.

This was a fairly short notice stay. Trying to find somewhere for 2 nights over bank holiday weekend was a challenge. We found this B & B through Tripadvisor.
