i had a couple of nights at Ambleside in May. I chose the most expensive room with the balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Daylesford. “Perfection!”

Thanks so much to Linda and Frank for a beautiful night at Ambleside. The whole place is divine & perfectly decorated. The breakfast was sublime! All the extra's like offering us tea on the balcony when we arrived were lovely also. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing night or two getaway. 5 stars! More

“A hidden treasure”

This B & B has it all – great views of the lake, quiet, warm, very comfortable sitting areas, outstanding breakfasts, every whim and fancy catered for. Well located B & B about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Daylesford overlooking the lake in a lovely quiet spot. Ambleside on the Lake is a very clean, comfortable & friendly bed & breakfast venue. The hosts (Frank & Linda) are fantastic.
