Saw the premises from the road at Horseshoe Bay and had a look. Although there were only 2 of us, we were given the top floor corner 3 bed apartment and given access to the master bed and ensuite. We were only planning to stay one night but stayed 2. Everything is a short walk away. Would definitely come again... More

Staff were rude and unpleasant. The rooms where messy and unclean. On check out, management were very uncorganized and unprofessional. Also the Manager performed unauthorised transactions using my credit card details. Their criminal activity has prompted my bank in started a formal investigation against their crimes.

We stayed four nights here for a family holiday. It really was spacious! This meant everyone had plenty of space to themselves (something I value on holidays ... especially when you want a break from kids). Our fourth stay at Shaws, loads of space for six of us, clean and tidy. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Location to almost die for right on the Shore at Horesehoe Bay, get a front balcony and watch the sun slip slowly away. Restaurants, bars and a shop right on the doorstep.
