“Really really good”

Excellent in every respect. Could easily have stayed longer than our three days. Will come again. We spent more time relaxing in the place than out and about in the area. Early morning, dusk and night views across to Victor Harbour are worth savouring Jenny the proprietor was very helpful too. Lots of bird life with evening and morning chorus.... More

“Absolutely beautiful!”

We just spent our 40th wedding anniversary at this beautiful retreat and experienced great sadness on leaving it behind. The most amazing views are nearly overshadowed by the comfort inside. Lots of bush walks and wildlife. We can't wait to go back in the winter months to enjoy the log fire and the mist over the hills beyond. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! We stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Just spent a very enjoyable 4 nights in the Sky Villa at the Seascape Retreat, Hindmarsh Valley. Magnificent views down to Victor, reminded me of a Heysen painting. Beautiful new accomodation in the hills with viewsdown to Victor Harbour. Excellent bed and well fitted out kitchen and living area. Great deck to spend time on watching kangaroos, birds, alpacas & sheep. Convenient to the whole Fleurieu Penninsula.

There is not one bad thing I can say about Seascape Retreat, it is everything you could hope for and more. You approach the retreat on a dirt road and we appreciated the warning from our host to be aware of kangaroos, sure enough there were 2 sitting in the middle of the road as we rounded a corner.
