I have stayed here before but only in premium rooms. This time as it was just overnight, we took a standard room. It was like sleeping in a fishbowl. The accommodation part of the resort is now separate to the restaurant which retains the name of Whalers Inn. We stayed in a newly renovated studio apartment which was very clean and comfortable with a great view. Good for a short term stay such as a weekend but limited for any longer than that. We would stay again.
