I enjoyed my stay here, it was quiet and everyone was friendly. My daughter and I really enjoyed the time that we spent here. I also like the complementary breakfast and drink at the bar. The food was really good, the hotel was clean.

The hotel is located near great shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always greeting us and asking if there is anything they could help with. They have a very nice complimentary managers reception every evening with wine, beer, mixed drinks and snacks.

My wife & I stay at the Embassy whenever we travel to Cleveland. It is beautiful, the resturaunt is great, & all of the accomadations are fantastic. This Embassy Suites hotel was a very happy surprise...excellent staff, everyone greets the guests, asks if you need anything, and follows through. I would happily return. Complimentary breakfast and cocktail reception are very good...can't beat this value.

Beautiful atrium, great hotel, superb value! There were lots of things to do for our entire family and the room was clean and spacious. Nice indoor pool and fun game room! Indoor garden with ponds and fish and turtles!! Free Happy hour and free breakfast (real breakfast) was such a great amenity you just don't see anymore!
