Donna at the front desk is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended many places and things for my party to do while in Cleveland without us even asking. Five out of 8 pillows were really dirty and disgusting.the service outweighs the cleanliness issue. I'd stay again-I'd just bring my own linens

Was not expecting much given the location and cost. It was a great, great value. And the staff - especially Shelia - really made my trip to Cleveland pleasant and successful. Would definitely stay here again.

I agree, Nasty! If you have family at Cleveland Clinic call around to Hotels direct and ask them for the Cleveland Clinic rate and you will probably find a decent rate at a much cleaner and comfortable place.
