I would never recommend this hotel. My 89 year old mother had a diabetic seizure the morning I was to arrive in Columbus. I called to cancel and I was told my credit card would be charged and I would need a doctor's order to reverse the charges. I found this very disrespectful.

Everything that we experienced was of high quality and would recommend it to all our contacts. We enjoyed the suite and slept very well. It was quiet even though we were right by the elevator. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and had a comfortable experience in the hotel. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. We were treated as royalty.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was very spa like and enjoyable to use and relax in shower or tube. Even though airport is very close there was hardly any noise from jets.
