Stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at adjacent Columbus Convention Center. I had hoped for an early check in - and while they tried to accommodate me, they barely met the required check in time. My room was clean and adequate. Great location in the center of town with many good venues within walking distance.

We were really impressed with the hotel. Service in any restaurant was impeccable. Chad was great. Convention was great , food was organized and on time. Only thing I would say is cleanliness every day in the room was not the best. Trash left on floor and counters. Hotel

We stayed at the hotel on a Friday night because we were attending a volleyball tournament on Saturday in the convention center. Check in was a snap, the vallet quickly welcomed us and took our car to park it. I was checked in so fast at the front desk it was simply amazing. The room was very nice.

I have stayed in both Hyatts in Columbus, Ohio, & I'm picky! Neither property uses a fitted sheet on the bed, so you end up with sheets NOT ON THE BED when you wake up. When you're paying top dollar for a deluxe accomodation, don't you think you deserve a fully deluxe accomodation...obviously I am very gunshy with the name...

I just returned from a business trip staying at this hotel. Check in was easy and the front desk clerks were helpful and cheerful. The restuarants are excellent. The rooms are comfortable and had every convienince you could want. A mini fridge is available if you want to go to a store and keep snacks or bevrages in your room....

Stayed this past weekend for a Key Club Convention. Thought it was a great hotel. Only suggestion I might have is a bigger pool for the size of the location. The kids weren't impressed with the pool area but everything else was great.
