This hotel suite was unexpectedly nice. A real surprise. Clean, upscale, super comfortable. My office booked the room for me and I thoroughly encourage anyone to stay there. The breakfast view of the river was a spectacular way to start the day off and the server was extremely pleasant. Nothing unpleasant to report about this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is a nice place for a quiet and relaxing get away. With balconies overlooking the water the sound is very soothing! It may be a little tricky to get there, but the experience is worth the drive.

After 12 hours of grueling driving, this hotel was a welcome end to the day. Friendly, helpful staff. Best bed ever! This hotel is also pet friendly with no additional charges. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don't think anybody views Cuyahoga Falls as a destination resort - at least i don't - but if you find yourself in the area for business, i found this Sheraton to be up to the task. Comfortable rooms and layout; and helpful staff. The downstairs bar/restaurant served food late, and the blueberry oatmeal at breakfast is fantastic.

My wife and I always suggest Sheraton Suites to out of town guests. It is a very nice hotel with nice rooms and a very good restaurant. Get a view of the river if possible. We also hold one or two off-site business meetings a year here. hard to beat it in the Akron area.
