Everything and everyone was so accommodating, even the restaurant! The front desk even went out of their way to help me check out early, when I wasn't able to come and do it myself. I was so grateful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and had easy access to the highway. Although the... More

Got it through Priceline for the Sunday night of President's day weekend. $62. Room was smallish, but beautifully appointed. Beds had gorgeous linens and comforters, and were new sleep number beds. Great sleep. Room also had microwave and minifridge. Room had useful stuff and it was comfy. Lobby was very nice and clean, as was the hotel as a whole.... More

We got a good rate on the room but when we got to our room we were horrified. The bathroom shower/tub bottom was cracking. It was about a 12 inch square. The cracking was so bad that if we had to take a shower we could have injured our feet. The bathroom also contained a leftover case for a disposable... More

For being a Radisson hotel I was very disappointed. The hotel was older and clearly showed its age. Room was small and had to get in the shower just to shut the door to use the bathroom. HVAC unit was old and noisy. Why is wireless Internet not availible? I really expected more from a Radisson. Huge disappointment. More

Radisson requires a credit card to hold their rooms, we reserved a jacuzzi suite. However when we arrived we decided to pay cash for the room. When we checked out Radisson also charged our credit card for over $300 that we had already paid them. When questioned them we were ducked at the front desk, the asst. GM and finally... More

I spent one night in this hotel. It was adequate for a short stay... though the toilet in my room had a habit of flushing itself every so often... which would have grown annoying if I had not been dead to the world upon arrival. The sleep number bed was interesting and I can imagine if I had been travelling... More

Very tired hotel. Shabby around the edges. Bedding not bad, but bathroom extremely small. Would not take a shower in this tub, it was disgusting. The ceiling was cracked in places. Front desk helpful and breakfast sandwich was actually good. Don't stay here unless you get a really good deal online. Even with that I was tempted to leave, but... More

My husband and I live in the area and planned a spur-of-the-moment night out for our anniversary. My husband's only criteria was that it be a Jacuzzi suite. Our usual local favorites, the Lodge at Geneva State Park and Quail Hollow, were already book for the evening. We had never stepped foot in the Radisson despite it being a hot... More

I spent 4 nights here and it was better than average. The staff was very good and the rooms were good as well. No frills. They did have a nice bar too. Was able to book a very good rate online as well. More
