This is not where to book your special anniversary romantic weekend. The Budget is a little decrepit and a little dingy. But it had everything I needed: clean linens, a clean bathroom, an absence of vermin and a friendly, helpful staff. It's a nice cheap place to stop for the night. I'd stay there should I pass thru Gallipolis again.

After driving all night we ended up at Budget Inn. It was OK. The recp. was very nice and it was 3:30 am when we all rolled in. The rooms were OK, but my sister thought the place was scary. Lots of truckers.
