This b&b is the best value for money b&b I have ever been to. Just 2 minutes from sea side, it is very conveniently located. Rooms are bright and clean. Very nice garden. Dining room, entrance hall and other parts of the house are beautiful. The hosts are very welcoming. If I am ever back to that part of England... More

As others have said, this guest house is well situated on a hill in a quiet neighbourhood and offers tip-top service. The welcome glass of sherry is the icing on the cake, but the welcome, the breakfasts and the facilities in the room (we stayed in the Mary Rose room, which has a lovely light sitting area with windows in... A lovely building and gardens located in a quiet area of the town but only ten minutes walk to the high street. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. A great nights sleep followed by a hearty breakfast. We enjoyed some fantastic weather and really enjoyed the Norfolk scenery. Can't wait to... More

The welcome we recieved was the best we have ever had, even being offered a quality glass of sherry which was most welcoming after a long journey. The room we were shown to was extremly spacious, and decorated to a very high standard as is the rest of the property, the attention to the little details,(chockys on the bed side... More

We were welcomed by our host in a friendly and welcoming manner and shown round this very upmarket B & B. Our room was spacious, very tastefully decorated with large en suite and a walk in wardrobe. Attention to detail to make your stay most enjoyable is uppermost. Breakfast is set in the large dining room. A wide choice is... More

A short family break to Sheringham with extended family meant we booked all four rooms for 2 days. The standard of the accommodation was outstanding, with en-suite in every room, all beautifully decorated with so much thought. The back garden was a treat and we were made to feel so welcome by our hosts, who could not have been more... More

Stayed here last weekend and was given the Victory room. The room is exactly what I want my bedroom at home to be like. The bed was lovely, the bathroom was really nice there was also a large kind of walk in wardrobe. The view was over the garden which was immaculately landscaped with loads of seperate areas to sit...
