Had a lovely 2 day stay in room 11, with my son. Gorgeous room, every facility in the room you would need. Very relaxed atmosphere, good facilities. Louise was lovely and very helpful. Will be returning.

Really helpful staff, cosy and just the right side of old fashioned. Honesty bar and veggie cooked breakfast were really nice touches. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.Recommended for visiting Hastings.

My partner and I stayed in the four poster room Saturday night and had a very nice stay. Large room, lovely big window, desk,two arm chairs,free standing mirror,flat screen tv. Nicely decorated,warm and comfortable. Very friendly host,nice breakfast and situated in quiet area so a peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend. Louise and Kath :-)

Lovely building with fantastic gardens. Our romantic room was the last word, with the luxury en-suite corner bath down a private 'secret passageway' oak staircase! A real gem in the Hastings & St Leonards area.
