We booked the hotel for one night to attend a wedding. we paid £99 B&B for a family room. The bedroom was a reasonable size with one double and two single beds. The location was quiet and about 30mins walk from the centre of Hastings. It is on a hill and so not suitable for walking if you have mobility... More

Stayed overnight following a friends funeral. My experience was a very nice clean room at the back of the hotel but still with a bit of a sea view. Perfectaly acceptable en-suite with some lovely fluffy towels. A very nice clean and very comfortable bed. Real value for money hotel, breakfast excellent, lovely touch with fresh strawberries and hot croissants, plus cereals, toast and choice of variations on full english, didn't need to eat for rest of day!! Rooms clean but do need a lick of paint, only downside is location, steep hill to promenade not particularly suitable for disabled. A really great break though,... More

We have stayed here twice now and both times we have felt happy, Pat and Tony made us feel welcome, the rooms are cosy and the beds are clean and very comfortable. My partner especially loved the home cooked fryups in the morning, we didnt need to eat until late afternoon after the breakfasts!!!!! Pat was very happy to tell... More
