Room excellent. Food good. Check-in satisfactory. However, The Grange service is either smooth and effecient or sluggish and very average depending who's on duty. Sometimes the staff seem overwhelmed, undermanned and distant. Some training in politeness and customer service wouldnt go amiss on occasion. More

This is a good Premier Inn and the staff are first class, especially Ola on Reception! The Housekeeping Team play a vital role at keeping things in tip-top condition and everyting gleams! Stayed for one night and had no problems except breakfast. The room was clean and modern. An iron and ironing board was provided quickly when asked for.
