Rufus House is a lovely building with Lyndhurst a short walk away. Good Italian restaurant nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with views of the new forest and ponies over the road. Ernesto and Etsuko were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. I will happily stay there again and recommend it to others.

The B&B is a lovely building 5 minutes walk from Lyndhurst High Street with two car parks. My wife and I had a very good stay, the hotel is very clean well furnished with character and breakfast excellent although we did not realise that non meal option on booking.com mean't breakfast not included. We had a great indian at the Curry Leaf which is a short walk away but don't over order as the portions are generous

We had a great stay, the hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Lovely location, easy access to town, walks and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked fresh to order! Would not hesiate to stay again.
