Had a good conference at this hotel, good meeting room and bedroom and very pleasant surroundings, Food was good by conference hotel standards and breakfast was excellent. Bar service could be improved, but otherwise it is a very good location for business meetings.

Manor house with newer bedroom sections with a golf course around it. One junction around the M25 if you've come south on the M1, then 5 minutes through nice suburbs. Both my husband and I held our daughters wedding here on 24th May. The weather was terrible, but everybody soon cheered up when they arrived at the hotel. This lovely building, set next to a golf course, it set in beautiful grounds. Breakfast was average (no rolls served, but otherwise typical spread). Rooms are of a good standard. Service was a little slow and haphazard at times, but always polite and professional.

Stayed one night at a 'Wedding Guest Special' well it should be special but found same price on all the web sites. Room just adequate, very small hard bed, tea/coffee and tv(not used) Bathroom ok but no grip rail on very deep bath with over shower unreachable. Having a bad ankle found it very difficult. 3rd time visitor. No visit has been special but this time we had no hot water after arrival or in the morning. Phone calls to reception went unanswered and personal visits to reception were met with an empty desk. Breakfast was adequate but whole package could be so much more due to stunning location.

Just as good as my last stay. very convenient for Heathrow Airport only 30 mins but watch out for the rush hour on the dreaded M25!
