You couldn't find more welcoming hosts than Geoff and Patsy and it is worth finding Southbourne just to be greeted by a mug of tea/coffee, a slice of cake and some lively conversation (I also feel confident that if we had not wanted conversation then our welcoming would have been equally appopriate).
