Lovely, small hotel, with very friendly staff. It is not the most comfortable place I ever stayed (no elevators, very small room), but the friendly staff, good breakfast, nice location made it a very pleasant stay after all. The only thing that is very inconvenient (but you can't blame the hotel) is a total absence of parking space.

Stayed 3 nights in room 14 excellent view of the yacht haven. Excellent location in the heart of cowes ,close to the fast jet terminal and bus terminus. The choice for breakfast was excellent (full English breakfast the best proper bacon and sausage) The staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks john and Eileen.

The harbour is gorgeous. Located right beside Red Jet ferry the location is great. Zoe, Lawrence and Ashmar worked so hard as they are understaffed in my opinion.
