I checked out the day before the fire ripped through ryde castle hotel. We had an amazing time. Staff were polite and efficient at all times, food fantastic. Must have stayed in one of the better rooms but perfectly comfortable. We hope to return if and when they fix it. More

We stayed here for a couple of nights and we were firstly allocated one of the older rooms which had plenty of character. Unfortunately when we came back after a night out, the plaster from the ceiling had fallen off onto the bed! The staff were great at moving us into a better room and we cant fault the service.... Very convenient location. Excellent parking facilities, with generous company policy. I was attending a meeting sat/sun, checked out sun 12 noon, yet was allowed to keep car in parking until 5pm. Really appreciated that little touch of customer care. Thanks More
