Stayed in this hotel with a coach group and all found it a very nice hotel. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough to help you. Food in the restaurant was excellent and always well presented. There can be no complaints with this hotel and would most definitely return More

We went to the King Charles Hotel for one of their Christmas cabarets in December and absolutely loved it! The staff were really friendly, lovely food, very reasonable drinks prices, fabulous entertainment and great music - really a great experience all together! More

Excellent service well organised, staff were fantastic. The food was of good quality and hot and enjoyed by all in the party. Although has been modernised to putting in showeres in the bedroom it could do with a coat of paint in bedrooms but beds were very comfortrable. More

One night stay for a function nearby and this hotel was fine. Comfy bed, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was limited and decor dated but its not a holiday type place, more a 'bed for the night' place which it fulfills! More

The price we paid for a night at the King Charles was very competitive and as such we didn't set our standards too high. First impressions were good considering.
