My husband & I have just returned from yet another stay at this excellent Premier Inn. We have been staying here, during cricket trips to Canterbury, for a number of years & have found that it suits us ideally. Since our last visit, this Premier Inn has been enlarged so that it has almost doubled in size. We were lucky... More

Every aspect of the stay worked as it should, value was excellent, staff were very helpful. Food is great and reliably so, this combined with breakfast and evening meal deals that are very generous. All of what you come to rely on with Premier Inn when travelling with a family. Good base for seeing Whistable which is a little known... More

The location is excellent for seeing the surrounding area. The staff are very friendly - reception is manned 24 hours a day. The family room was big enough - shower was hot and powerful - bed was very comfortable - everything was very clean - no road noise - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was excellent - kids eat... More

We booked a room at Premier Inn Whitstable following the good reviews. We booked a family room with breakfast via Bookings.com for £85.50 including breakfast. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm and duly checked in 2 x adults and 2 x children (4 & 7). We were advised by reception that our booking was £105. We explained that we... More

The room was large, clean with a lovely bathroom, very comfortable & good value, the only problem was that our room faced the bypass and even with the window closed, at about 4am the noise of the traffic woke me. I would stay they again but have a room on the other side. More

It has been more than a year since we have stayed at the Premier Inn Whistable. Since our last stay an extension has been built and we were lucky enough to be booked into one of the new rooms. It was quiet being at the end of the corridor... a bit of a trek but worth it. The standard of... More

As is usual this premier inn does the job well. Clean, comfortable and good value. just a small problem, it was a bit warm in the room for me and with the window open you could hear the main road a bit. It is a bit of a walk into the town (uphill on the way home). More

We were moved to the Whitstable Premier Inn from Herne Bay due to this distressing issue of what is and what is not "disabled access". The Whitstable Premier Inn does have two wet rooms but do take time to clarify with each branch of this hotel chain whether or not your booking for disabled access actually has a wet room.... More

I stayed at the Premier Inn Whistable with my family on the night of 08.04.2012 - All went well until 0400am on Sunday morning when the room next door held a party. There was loud music and what sounded like at least 10-15 people in the room. I called the reception from my mobile, the night receptionist was apologetic and... More
