Park House Gisburn met all our requirements for a B&B. It is centrally located in a delightful village.You are provided with a cup of tea and a warm welcome upon arrival.Good sized rooms.Good bathroom with plenty of hot water.Good advice on where to eat locally. A superb breakfast.Most important in this day -fast WiFi.

We stayed here overnight on our cycle ride up the Pennine Bridleway. We turned up a bit wet and muddy, but were given a friendly welcome. The accommodation is lovely, big rooms with comfy beds and much needed hot showers. The next morning we were presented with an excellent breakfast to set us on our way. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay, everything was perfect. Howard & Mary were really friendly & helpful hosts and the breakfasts were wonderful. The house is delightful & our room was beautifully furnished & the king size bed really comfortable. What more could you ask for ? We will definitely be going back.

Welcomed with a pot of tea and homemade cakes. Beautiful room (4), huge bed and lovely views of the village church. Fab choice at breakfast. Howard even ran us to pick up our car from the party venue in the morning. Lovely people who really want your stay to Park House to be prefect. and it was. Thanks guys.

Everything about Park House is outstanding. We got a great welcome: a fresh pot of coffee and a couple of delicious cakes to refresh us. Our two night stay continued with everything being delightful. This is a lovely Georgian house in a great location. Any minor quibbles I had were due to the building, eg size of bathroom, doors, stairs etc. and not the quality of the hospitality or the accomodation.
